Product Description:
Cindy Atkins has been cooking and enjoying vegetarian food since 1996. She has a background in health
and nutrition and has been a head cook at Big Mind Zen Center since 2005.
In addition to cooking for large retreats she also caters parties and teaches classes to groups &
individuals interested in whole & healthy food.
