Flo-Coat™ turns water into oil. Flo-Coat™ allows for AmeriColor's Soft Gel Paste to color chocolate. It will allow you to use any one of the Soft Gel Paste colors to give you a rich, glossy and vibrant color every time.



How to use Flo-Coat™ Base
For coloring 1 lb. of chocolate, take 1 1/2 tablespoons of Flo-Coat™ Base and mix with 1 teaspoon of Soft Gel Paste™ food coloring, mix together and then add to chocolate.
