Wusthof Ceramic Whetstone Coarse Fine Grain (240 / 800). Whetstones from Wusthof are known for excellent sharpening performance. The firm but still porous structure of the stone continuously releases small particles during the sharpening process. This powder in combination with water is what sharpens the knife. Suitable for use with water.
