Bosch Universal Mixer Cookie Paddles work well for all but the stiffest cookie dough.

These cookie paddles must be used with metal driver (not included).

Each set includes two cookie paddles.

Please use the Bosch Universal Dough Hook when adding ingredients such as raisins, nuts, oatmeal, etc, or making extra large batches

Do not use with frozen or cold butter.
