Callebaut Hazelnut Paste (Prailine) brings out an intense hazelnut flavor with lovely toasted flavors and delicate fruitiness. It’s a great base to mix with chocolate to create praline fillings with a very pure and intense hazelnut taste. And of course, they make for a great base to flavor ice creams, patisserie crèmes and dessert crèmes with a pure, unsweetened hazelnut taste.

50% Hazelnut, 50% Sugar. 

Ingredients: Hazelnuts, Sugar, Soy lecithin added as emulsifier. Contains: Milk, Soy, and Tree Nuts Suitable for vegetarians.
