We taught you to dip. We taught you to temper. Now we want to talk about sculpting. Using different chocolate shapes, sizes, and mixtures you can create a work of art from the same ingredients you chose for your truffle or even cake! Chef Rebecca MIllican-master of all things chocolate will close out the Extravaganza with this Hands-on workshop!
Each student will create their own artistic Christmas tree, as well as the skills and knowledge behind working with chocolate for sculpting!
