"individually wrapped" is for suckers.
by J. Scott
Call me an ignorant savage, but I bought two, some-odd two years ago. Been breaking chipping, and nibbling on it ever since.
Just finishing the last pound, and I gotta say it never got old for me. Flavour/texture beats pretty much everything else I can get my grubby hands on, hands down. Very smooth, and milky, with a hint of caramel, and it doesn't have bitter/sour aftertastes.
The price-per-pound just kills it. Even with shipping, you're only paying half the price, for superior chocolate.
You do need to consult your toolbox to divide the bar, though.

This carmel is amazing! It has great flavor and easy to use in holiday treats.
Best candy Ever!
by Connie D.
These are the best ever! So much better than the Smarties. Just enough sour to really enjoy every bite and they are much softer to eat too. Best of all..they are made in the good ole USA!
Best Caramel Ever!

This has always been a favorite item for our family. Taste incredible and works great with pretzel sticks and caramel apples
Best Ever White Chocolate
by Mary Ann
Guittard Gourmet White Chocolate is by far the best white chocotale I have ever used. The cocoa percentage is perfect for making modeling chocolate giving it a wonderful rich flavor and creamy techture.
Best Rootbeer Base Ever!
The rootbeer this syrup makes is the rave of every party I bring it to. "The best Rootbeer I've ever tasted!" "You made this?!?"
BEST Seasoning EVER!
by Marcia Day
Best seasoning in the world! Love this stuff! I’m going to start ordering it by the case!
Chocolates are a big hit.
I ordered these molds and made chocolates from them. They turned out great and were a big hit at an interdenominational gathering showcasing different religious groups in the Charleston, South Carolina area.
They were easy to use and turned out a great product.
I've purchased these for 2 years now, and they have consistently great quality.
Excellent for when you need to up the chocolate percentage of lesser chocolates.
Fantastic melter at an incredible price
This is an exceptional little machine, especially for the price. It melts a fairly large quantity of chocolate (at least for a home chocolate maker) and holds its temperature quite reliably, which makes tempering a breeze. The only improvement I could see would be more/better temperature marks on the dial - I tend to use different temperatures than those recommended in the manual - but that's a very minor consideration.
The mold included in my unit arrived with a big crack lengthwise down the center, so perhaps some packaging revision might be in order - but also, for me, this was not a significant issue, as I have a sizable collection of polycarbonate molds.
Great sugar free dark chocolate
I have been purchasing premium chocolates from around the world for over thirty years. Since going sugar free the last eight years it has been a challenge to find quality sugar free chocolate. Guittard has always been one of the top chocolates and I have been very pleased with their sugar free dark chocolate. I’m very glad GYGI is carrying this product.
These are perfect for wrapping candy and caramels!
How Do I Put These Together?
I purchased this item but have no idea how to get one half of the bulb on top of the one with the stick to make it 3D. I'm a first time sucker maker. No directions came with this.
I have one of these and absolutely find it indispensable. So handy when trying to get my shortbread cookie dough evenly spread, packed down and to the edges. It may look a bit odd and you wonder what it's for. But, once you get used to using it you won't want to have it missing.
Makes the best candy
by Sandy -
I love Callebaut's callets. These were purchased to make candy although they need to be tempered. Callets provide the true chocolate experience. A melt in your mouth goodness that can't be duplicated with cheaper chocolate. Definitely worth the price and the time it takes to learn how to temper chocolate. Oh and they are delicious by the handful too!
Quick, easy and taste great
Originally I purchased both Callebaut callets and snaps. I wanted to compare the two chocolates. The snaps are easy to use. It's a simple melt and pour process. So candy making is quick and easy BUT the chocolate is inferior to the callets. I would recommend buying based on the target audience. Adults and a superior chocolate experience definitely buy the callets. Buying for children and a chocolate making novice buy the snaps.
Simply the best!
One of the Best Roasters I have ever used!
Smaller than it looks
Very small cookie cutter. Picture makes it look the same ratio as the bow tie cutter. Not so! Dimensions of this cookie cutter: 1 1/4" x 3" If you want miniature ties - this is the one for you!
Syrup that will change your life
Love this syrup so delicious with sodas, get it from my local burger joint.
The best rich milk chocolate
I have been buying this chocolate for many, many years and it is the very best to make candy. I make rocky road and a few others that we cover in chocolate- people always ask how I get my candy to taste so much better than others and I always say it starts with the chocolate quality you use. You won’t be disappointed.
Works great for baking, low price
We use these to bake nachos in the oven and they work great. They are quite durable and would be great for salads, burritos, anything cafe rio-esque, etc. They are one of the cheapest options I can find as far as disposable aluminum tins go, so I'm going to try freezing half casseroles in them and see how they fare.
