The silicone makes this bowl flexible, making pouring without a funnel easy to do. Simply squeeze the bowl and the contents will easily pour out of the spout.

The rigid bottom holds it's shape for mixing and stirring ingredients.

This bowl is also one of our favorite tools for melting small amounts of chocolate, including making a drip when decorating a cake! Melt, use, and then let any remaining chocolate cool. The chocolate will pop right out of the bowl, making clean up such a breeze.
