Pasta Cutter- Angel Hair and Thick Noodles is great to slice fresh, homemade pasta sheets into delicious noodles.

This pasta cutter are crafted with stainless steel for durability and sharp edge retention. One attachment creates capellini noodles (thin, angel hair) while the other slices lasagnette strips (wider than standard fettuccine noodles).

Both cutters are designed to accommodate pasta that is produced by the KitchenAid Pasta Sheet Roller (Model # KSMPSA), which is sold separately. Or, this is a perfect add on for the KSMPRA KitchenAid Pasta Roller, Spaghetti, & Fettuccine Set.
