Great for delicate tasks (like applying egg wash to pie dough), but has the strength and efficiency for bigger jobs (like glazing a rack of ribs). 

Wide brushes contain two types of bristles: a tapered outer set, and a series of zig-zagging perforated flaps in the middle. 

Made from 100% platinum grade silicone. 

Heat resistant to 550 degrees F
