Lodge 3 QT Red Enamel Dutch Oven

The Lodge 3 Qt. Dutch oven is an impressive cooking vessel - perfect for preparing everything from a savory soufflé to a sweet crumble. 

The enameled porcelain surface is bonded to sturdy cast iron, eliminating the need to season. The pot can be used on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops. Bake or broil in any conventional or convection oven, as the stainless steel knobs and cookware are oven safe to 500 degrees F. 

The tightly fitting lid seals in moisture and the cast iron offers superior heat distribution and retention. Two layers of porcelain enamel are chip resistant and easy clean up.
