Jam in a Jiffy - 18 Oz. is a revolutionary, low-sugar, instant freezer jam mix!

With one pouch of Jam in a Jiffy, two pounds of fresh or frozen fruit and five minutes you can make six cups of amazing freezer jam.

Ingredients: Non-GMO Cane Sugar, Non-GMO corn starch, pectin, citric acid, Non-GMO Xanthan gum, potassium sorbate

Directions for Use: Prepare two pounds of any soft fruit (strawberries, raspberries, peaches, etc.) by peeling, washing and crushing in a medium sized bowl. Add Jam in a Jiffy mix and stir well. If necessary, add up to 1/2 cup water or juice to reach desired consistency. Let stand for two minutes to dissolve sugar and thicken. Serve immediately or pour into freezer safe containers. Refrigerate jam for up to three weeks or freeze for up to 18 months.
