Orson Gygi Shipping Policy

All orders placed on Orson H. Gygi Company (Gygi.com) are shipped via FedEx and USPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery service. Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the destination location and the packed weight of the order. All orders will be processed on the next business day. 

In the event that we are out of stock on an item we will contact you via email or text to the address or phone on the order. If we do not get a response within one business day we will send the order minus the out of stock items and credit the cost of the item(s) and shipping of that item. Once an order ships we will send tracking information to the customer to ensure the order is able to be tracked. The tracking information will be sent to the email address on the order.

Gygi.com is not responsible for any delays in shipment that are out of our control. i.e. adverse weather delays, third party (USPS or FedEx) delays and/or errors. We highly recommend expedited shipping and Cold Packs with all perishable items being shipped. This includes but is not limited to: Perfect Puree products, Pastry Pride, all chocolate products and all other perishable items that could negatively be affected by warm weather.

The Orson H. Gygi Company is not responsible for any items that are effected by shipping during hot weather. The responsibility of adding cold packs and expedited shipping falls upon the individual who places the order. We also cannot guarantee that any of the 10 and 11 pound chocolate bars will arrive in one piece. The majority of the 10 and 11 pound chocolate bars will NOT arrive to you in one piece.

Please notify Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery of your order with any damage reports and/or errors by emailing Info@gygi.com. Gygi.com is not responsible for address correction costs from the shipping company. All shipping charges will be charged to the payment method used on the order.
