Retail Store Manager

As the full-time retail store manager, you are the leader of the store! You are a sales-driven leader who takes leadership and pride in maximizing the potential of your store. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training, clear communication, and sound decision making. You are the leader who your team will look to deliver excellent standards and customer service.



Full Time Position/Hourly (40-45 hours per week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
• 5+ years’ experience in retail management
• Passion for driving results
• Innovative and observant of store’s financial goals and strategies
• Advocate for associates growth and development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adjust accordingly
• Ability and confidence to take initiative and see something all the way through
• Self-starter that is willing to contribute to a team-based work environment

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Lead (and/or hire) a functional team in a retail management role

Part Time Retail Associate

For this position we envision someone with an inviting personality-one who can represent the company in a pleasant manner but also offer a smile and confident advice to each of our customers. We ask that you greet each customer as they come through the door and treat each one like family. We are looking for someone who is always willing to help and offer personal experience to solve kitchen questions and concerns-and looking for ways to stay in the know with all things kitchen. This person is who our customers mainly deal with-so building relationships and being able to communicate well are top of the list for us.



Job Description:
• Helping customers to find specific products, solve kitchen problems by product recommendations, and recipe experience.
• Help customers in a confident and capable manner.
• Check out customers using computer register.
• Help keep retail floor stocked and priced.
• Maintain retail cleanliness and presentation.

Full Time Retail Associate

For this position we envision someone who can instill confidence and a love for the kitchen to all. Someone who will represent the company on a daily basis in a pleasant welcoming manner. Also involved in the strategic ways to improve the Orson Gygi customer experience. Bringing and sharing the Orson Gygi voice throughout the day as they engage with customers, work with other employees, and working with management to create the best experience for customers. A self-starter who can recognize areas of change and help to implement them, as they proactively seek ways to solve problem.



Job Description:
• Working closely with store management to execute daily/weekly/monthly tasks. All involving customer service and the experience.
• Bringing real kitchen experience to solving questions for customers.
• Helping customers to find specific products.
• Helping customers in a confident and capable manner.
• Working with warehouse to keep the floor stocked and organized.
• Maintain retail cleanliness and presentation.

• Flexible schedule as well as flexible in workplace.
• Quick learner + willing to be taught.

Full/Part Time Warehouse Operator

We have an immediate opening for both Full and Part Time Warehouse Operators. We are seeking hard-working people who desire to work in a fast paced environment.s.



Job Description:
• Fill orders, receive orders, stock shelves.
• Operate hand truck, carts, dollies, forklift.
• Housekeeping duties, warehouse cleanup.
• Assemble customer orders for will call pick ups.
• Create re-stocking shelf list.

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or general education degree.
• Ability to speak, read, and writes English with proficiency.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic keypunch skills needed for computer system.
