Do not use sharp, metal utensils on the pan. Only use silicone, nylon, and/or wooden utensils. The pan has a max temperature of 450 F, and since it's made of aluminized steel, it is not dishwasher safe -- it ruins the aluminium.

A sensational pan that you will love

This is a sensational pan for baking bread. It's fairly heavy, beautifully made, and there is absolutely no reason to grease it or line it. Whatever you bake has a lovely crust, and when it's had a chance to cool just a bit it slips right out onto the rack to cool further.
